End-User Requests Menu

Select “Order New Device”, “Upgrade Existing Device” or “Order Accessory”.This step is only for customers that have elected to use the “End-User Requests Menu.” If not please proceed to “Ordering New Device”.



Ordering New Device

Select “Order New Device”, “Upgrade Existing Device” or “Order Accessory”.This step is only for customers that have elected to use the “End-User Requests Menu.” If not please proceed to “Ordering New Device”.



If you’ve a multiple carriers you can select the carrier you want to choose for a ordering a device.
Click on the tabs to switch options between “Order New Device”, “Upgrade Existing Number” and “Order Accessory”.
This area allows you to filter by device make
If you have Spare Inventory you can select this option
You will be able to select the term & size of the device you would like to purchase

Select Accessories & Confirm Order



After you select your device you will be able to add Accessories to the order
If you’re upgrading an existing device you will be able to see information like Current Device, Contract Balance and whether the device is eligible for an Upgrade.
Your order items will easily be able broken down, you can remove accessories from the order as well as change the color of the device you’r ordering.
Once you’re decided you can then select “Add to Basket” then select “Create Order”

Ordering Information & Notes



This shows you a breakdown of your order
Who is requesting the order
Individuals who would like to be notified during the order process
Shipping Location
For shipping purposes who the shipment will be attention to
Any additional notes for the dealer

Employee Information



If you’ve HR integrations within our system, you can select the employee in here and it will autofill the Employee Name, Number and Accounting Codes.
This will be the employee who the phone will belong to
This is for companies who require employee numbers
The reason for the upgrade (this will show up in the Manager Approval request if Approvals are required).
Accounting codes that belong to the users device, this will autofill if it’s an existing user.

Confirm Order



If you would like to delete the order entirely
If you need to make modifications to the order
If you’re satisfied with the order clicking on “Confirm Order Items” will then send the order off to be Approved and sent to the Dealer.
